HOW TO GET STARTED:
Contact Phillip and let him know exactly what type of project you are wanting done. Phillip will respond in a timely manner suggesting what types of research and services that need to be performed to gather the results you are looking for. He will give you an estimated date of completion for your project and will then give you a price quote. Any fine tuning of the plan will then take place. Basically, after that, if you want Phillip to provide his services to you, you will be sent a contract for services and a release authorizing Phillip to gather information for your project. You will be expected to pay a retainer fee of 1/2 the estimate which will be subtracted off the project total. Once Phillip recieves payment, the signed contract, and the signed authorization form, he will start your project. Phillip will contact you when necessary with any questions and updates. Upon completion, Phillip will contact you to review the findings of you project and will seek approval. Once approved, the remaining payment will be rendered. Simple as that. No surprises, no hidden fees, no scams, and everybody walks away happy.
